Flo is a week away from being 6 months old, seriously where has that time gone?! Since we first started weaning, I’ve learnt that 1) she bloody loves food and 2) she’s a food thrower (she does it with a cheeky glint in her eye too) and 3) she’s a serial spoon grabber!
I’ve started to introduce finger foods. Today she tried cucumber & melon and LOVED them both but the melon was her favourite. She did the JAWS effect again; mouth wide open and attacked the melon, like there is no tomorrow!
Caught mid throw! I mean look at that cheeky face!!!!! I think she is going to keep me on my toes, the little pickle! I think I’ll wait until she’s nearer to 7 months before I start giving her breadsticks and rice cakes.
I better start raiding my Ella’s Kitchen recipe book and start batch cooking finger foods for her to try.
