At a first glance I can whole heartedly say that this book is a must for any parent and baby who are about to start their weaning journey. It’s jam-packed with useful tips, dietary advice, do’s and dont’s, meal plans and of course lots of tasty recipes. This book is divided into eight chapters, I’m going to take you through each chapter to give you an idea what to expect.

Chapter 1, 6 Months

This chapter begins by talking about how to spot when your baby is ready to start weaning, followed by tips on how to start. First timers will find this chapter extremely useful. It can be very overwhelming and daunting when you start the weaning process, but this book will guide you through, step-by-step. Chapter 2, 7-9 Months

This chapter is dedicated to recipes that introduce your babies to texture. There are lots of lovely recipes to try, from Carrot & Apricot Porridge to Avocado and Sweet Potato, to Baby Baked Beans to Simple Spaghetti Bolognese, there are so many brilliant recipes to get your babies tastebuds tingling. Chapter 3, 9-12 Months
