Lemon & Oregano Chicken with Chive Butter Sauce, Green Bean’s & Bacon was on the menu tonight and it was lemonicious (yes, I just made up that word). It was seriously tasty! I was almost too lazy to do a Hello Fresh number tonight, but I’m so glad I did!
It was so easy to make, although sometimes a bit of a faff. Using scissors to cut streaky bacon was a bit time consuming. I loved the idea of combining green beans with bacon & onion (that’s one way to jazz up your Sunday Roast).
This is definitely a recipe that I will try again! It’s quite a good one for when you’re hosting! Simple, yet extremely tasty and very filling. Although it didn’t stop us from raiding Bella’s Easter Egg collection. Seriously that girl got waaaay too many eggs. We are just being eggcellent (🙈😜) parents and saving her from overdosing on sugar.
