Is it just me or does anyone else find painting at home with a toddler extremely stressful?! The faffing never ends throughout the whole painting process; there’s the apron, the paint protection sheet for the table, the different paint plates for different coloured paints, the brushes, the sponges, wet wipes for emergencies (sporadic paint splashes).

After all that, Bella is normally bored after 10 mins (if that) and then it’s a military operation to get cleaned up without your toddler smudging ‘washable’ (not always the case) paint everywhere.

Today she embrace her mini Picasso and flung paint everywhere whilst she worked on her mini masterpieces. She’s quite the expressive painter (that’s a polite way of putting it). Thank god for wet wipes!

Stressing aside, we’ve had a lovely crafty hour and she’s added another piece to her art corner. She’s rather proud of her works of art. The latest being a creepy, wonky, bog eyed, bunny!
