Little Miss Independent aka Flo has been desperate to feed herself for ages now. She sometimes manages to scoop a few mouthfuls, but mostly she ends up wearing her dinner or it get lobs on the floor. This is why this weeks Insta Shout Out goes to Doddl; Award Winning cutlery, designed to help children eat at mealtimes.
Doddl has been designed & invented by two busy Mums, who were fed up with fussy and messy mealtimes and having to help their little ones to eat. Doddl cutlery is so clever because the innovative handles have a very special and unique ergonomic design, that not only makes it easier for children to feed themselves, it also develops their pincer grip needed for drawing and writing.
Flo felt very grown up and loved the fact that she could eat her dinner by herself. I did go through half a pack of baby wipes (the Chicken Korma curry wasn’t the best idea), but she thoroughly enjoyed her dinner and ate every last bit by herself #proudmama. The cutlery is suitable from 12+months and you can choose from three different colours including Pink, Green and Blue.
The knife does actually cut food and it’s safe for little hands. I might even let Bella use the knife to help her practice cutting up her own food. Doddl cutlery is also easy to clean and its Dishwasher safe-bonus! I am so pleased that I brought this for Flo and I highly recommend this product to any parent.
Check out their website https://www.doddl.com Their cutlery sets are perfect for Baby Led Weaning! The girls had a cheat dinner last night. I love Little Dish, they make a brilliant, quick fix meal for those busy or lazy days. Both girls love their Chicken Korma curry.
