Bella hosted her first ever pool party today and judging by the amount of the fun the girls had, I have a feeling this will be the first of many! I brought this super cool, car paddling pool from Mothercare for just £18-bloody bargain! If only it came in adult size, with wine glass holders, someone to pour your wine and look after your kids (a mum can dream right?)
The girls had water fights and took great delight in squirting us adults once they figured out how to use their foam squirters. They feasted on fruit and ice cream and literally ran around for three hours straight. Flo hung out with her Boyfriend Dylan and spent most of the day stuffing her face. She is still desperately trying to crawl. I don’t think it will be long!
We also met the beautiful and extremely dinky baby Evie. She’s a week old tomorrow and both Eva & I were smitten! It felt lovely to have newborn cuddles again! Also my friend Emily looked fantastic considering she only gave birth a week ago!
The girls played beautifully, us Mums managed to have a cheeky glass of wine and a lovely day was had by all! Long may the sunshine continue. My lovely day came to a not so lovely end. Flo decided to do the biggest 💩 on the Conservatory floor during nappy off time. It went everywhere *sigh*, Thank God for wooden floors!
