The girls get really excited about chucking the bath bomb into water, so I had to give them a bath bomb each otherwise all hell would of broken loose. They enjoyed watching the bath bomb fizz away and the water changing colour before their eyes. They watched intently waiting to get a glimpse of their surprise sponge toy and Flo couldn’t contain her excitement once she spotted hers.
This is such a simple and fun sensory activity. It’s so easy to set up and your little ones will have endless fun. To keep things interesting, I poured a load of water beads into the girls water play tray and asked them to pick up the water beads and throw them into the water. The surprise sponge toy is the icing on the cake. Bella is a sucker for a blind bag, so she gets so excited to find out what sponge toy is hidden inside.
