I’m taking a deep breath, I’m putting my patient pants on and I’m stocking up my fridge with wine in preparation for Potty Training Bella take two. Thankfully this time round I’m armed with these amazing products by Dry Like Me. I’m trying to be more relaxed the second time around and hope with the help of these potty training experts, we will crack it this time.
Potty Training Pads, £3, Dry Like Me

I love the idea of these Potty Training Pads. It’s such a great way to progress your toddlers on from wearing nappies to knickers or pants, but still with the reassurance that accidents will mostly be absorbed. The sooner you get your child into knickers/pants the better, so these handy pads will help speed up the potty training process.
The pads come in three varieties; Early Days, Night Time (both extra absorbent) and Potty Training Pads. I think these pads could help your child with the tricky potty training at night. The pads are £3 per box but you can also buy a bundle of four boxes for £10 on the website http://www.toddlerbarn.co.uk

Dry Like Me Reward Chart, £3.99

Reward Charts are a brilliant way to motivate your toddler to keep up the good work. I found this out the first time round, Bella loved earning stars for her chart and it definitely spurred her on. The back of the chart lists Dry Like Me, 5 stages of Potty Training, which is really useful.
How to Potty Train. The Ultimate Potty Training Resource Book in 5 Easy Steps, £6.99

This brilliant book is designed to be read together with your child. There are three really lovely stories, talking your child through the process, using two relatable characters a little girl called Poppy and boy called Pablo. There’s a useful Assessment Chart, which helps you track your child’s bladder and bowel movement, which will make the whole process easier.
This book is a must have for any parent & child about to start the Potty Training journey. It really does guide you through. Just by flicking through, I feel more at ease.
How to Potty Train Academy, FREE

How lucky are we to have this amazing, Potty Training support network at our fingertips and all free of charge? I can’t wait to log in and have a read about what these experts have to say. The Potty Training Academy is run in partnership with ERIC. The Children’s Bowel & Bladder Charity.
They will be sharing their expert advice and the ERIC helpline is available to anyone wishing to discuss their own concerns. You will also receive weekly emails full of essential advice and resources.

I definitely think it’s time to try Potty Training again. Back in April, Bella wasn’t getting that ‘feeling’ that she needed a wee and after 5 solid days housebound, I admitted defeat and decided to put it on hold. Now she is definitely more aware of when she needs to wee or poo.
I can already see that as she is approaching three, I may find it a tad more challenging because she’s become dependent on her nappies and has refused a couple of times already to sit on the potty because she “doesn’t want to stop playing”.
Tomorrow we have a busy day so Sunday, it’s going to be D day (ditch the nappies). Eeeek! Here we go again! I’m working with Dry Like Me on a fantastic giveaway! Watch this space for details real soon! Check out www.toddlerbarn.co.uk and see for yourself.
