Seriously where has this year gone?! I can’t believe Halloween is literally around the corner! This year Bella is more aware of Halloween and it will also be her first time Trick or Treating. We are just sticking around our neighbourhood, Bella and Flo as well as their friends are dressing up as cute skeletons!
I must admit we haven’t been a very crafty household lately, so I’ve been planning a couple of Halloween crafty activities for Bella to get stuck into. I thought I’d share my findings found on my trustee Pinterest app, just in case you wanted to do Halloween arts and crafts with your little ones too.
Pumpkin Stamps
I love this idea! It’s so simple and your toddler will love it. Simply cut an apple in half, stamp it in some Orange paint and voila, you have a bunch of pumpkins to decorate!
Halloween Rock Monsters
Any toddler or older kids will love making these fun Halloween Rock Monsters. You could make a day of it by going for a morning walk first and collecting different shaped pebbles for your little one to decorate. Prepare a selection of brightly coloured Acrylic Paints, goggly eyes and strong glue and get decorating.
Halloween Paper Rolls
I’m definitely going to make these with Bella. You can make these Halloween Paper Rolls as simple or creative as you like. Once you’ve wrapped the roll with a coloured piece of paper, you can pretty much leave your toddler to take care of the finer details.
Flying Bat
This is such a cute Halloween craft idea and it’s so simple. The trickiest part will be getting your toddler to keep their hands still so that you can draw around them! Once again, it’s a craft that you can leave your toddler to make without having to supervise them.
