Today is our very own Daddy Pig’s Birthday! This is meant as a massive compliment because Peppa Pig is Bella’s absolute fave at the mo! She even picked a Daddy Pig Apron for her Daddy to prove it!
Bella has been extremely helpful today. She opened all of Daddy’s presents and cards, helped blow out the candles (she wasn’t very subtle about the whole let’s surprise Daddy with his Birthday cake. She was too busy yelling ‘CAKE, where’s the cake”) and she even helped him eat the cake (by help I mean shoving it in her gob as fast as she could and practically eating the whole piece). Silly Daddy for thinking he could ‘share’ cake with a toddler.
Flo got a teeny, tiny taste of the cake! Her face lit up like all her Christmases had come at once! The little minx then made a couple of attempts to grab some more. She’s one determined sausage!
We had a lovely, chilled out morning and Nana & Grandad cooked a Birthday brunch. Daddy had to work today but I’m sure he will make up for it tonight as he is out out with the boys-watch out Tunbridge Wells!
