Nothing beats spending quality time with the girls, they are both growing up so fast and with Bella starting School and Flo starting Pre-School in September, I want to make the most of every minute. We have been lucky enough to work with A Little Something For You again and the girls and I were sent one of their amazing, new Mummy & Me Pamper Hampers. The girls were so excited when they found the Trolls World Tour Glitter Hair set and of course this was our first activity. The Trolls World Tour Glitter Hair Set was a massive hit! I must admit even I had fun embracing my inner Skater Girl with my pink and purple hair. These hair chalks are brilliant, they are easy to apply, but be warned they do stain your hands, however by the end of the day it had come off, phew. You also get some hair gel which you use to apply the three, different coloured pots of glitter.
The girls embraced their inner rockstars and they had a blast putting on a show! Bella sung a song about how much she loves Flo, whilst Flo did her best guitar impression, it was really funny to watch. I love how the Mummy & Me Pamper Hamper has lots of photo props, because every girls night in needs to have a selfie or two. There is even an inflatable photo frame for the picture perfect moments, Bella was super impressed!
We then channelled our inner “My Little Pony Princesses” and I got to work with the face gems. Thankfully you literally just had to peel off the gems and stick them on, both of the girls are fidget bums so this was a life saver. They looked like a pair of boho babes ready for a festival and they absolutely loved their face gems, especially when they were twinning with Mummy. A lot of the activities are easy and quick which is great when you are sharing your box with little ones.
The girls were more than happy to oblige the sweet treats, Bella politely stated “Mummy you are too old to eat sweeties”, so I didn’t get a look in. The girls experienced their first Double Dip and they loved it, I have never known them to be so quiet. As you can see Flo totally had her Double Dip game face on. After they finished stuffing her faces, Bella and I made flower crowns.
The flower crowns are really easy to make, Flo lost interest and she went off to start her own rock band with her teddies, but Bella did a great job. It was really therapeutic to sit and make Flower Crowns together and they look really good to!
