The fish are in! Introducing Flounder, Mimi, Joshua & Jasper (all Bella’s choice of names. A mixed inspiration of kids from Pre School & The Little Mermaid). I was very optimistic and went into the pet shop with Bella on foot-big mistake!
When it came to that extra special moment of picking her fish, Bella was more interested in destroying the fish ornament display! When it came to listening to the important instructions of transferring the fish into the tank, Bella was sitting on the shelf behind us, opening whatever she could get her hands on!
After making a hasty exit to the car & wrestling Bella into her car seat. I returned to the shop to buy the fish and we were on our merry way home. Bella was very excited to watch Daddy put the fish into the tank and she said that she ‘loved her fish’ with the biggest smile on her face!
Excuse the crap fish pics! They are rather hard to photograph with an iPhone! I hope our new, fishy friends are happy in their new home!
