Ever since Bella turned three she’s been more aware of the world around her. It also works as a night light and with two brightness settings, it provides a perfect, comforting glow. Inspired by the character in the storybook “Sunny The Owl’s Search for Bedtime Stories”, this engaging picture story book, really does make Sunny The Owl more than just a lamp, it’s a reading companion.
It’s so easy to securely fit to the wall and it comes with all the fixtures and fittings. You will need a UK Mains Visitor Adapter to fit a USA plug, but this can be easily brought on Amazon. As soon as Sunny The Owl was fitted to the wall in Bella’s room, the girls couldn’t wait to grab a book and get reading. It was really sweet watching Bella read (in her own way), Sunny The Owl’s Search for Bedtime Stories book to Flo, who listened intently with a big smile on her face.
I love the design and it’s really made to the highest quality; it doesn’t feel flimsy, it’s designed to never get hot and it includes cord clips, to securely fix the cord to the wall. I also love the fact that it encourages the girls to use their imaginations, Sunny has already been part of many games and Bella has renamed him Flo. This beautiful lamp really does help to encourage your little ones to love books.
