The girls have been busy getting their craft on. I’m really impressed at how creative Flo is, she pays so much attention to detail. Here is my weekly round up of easy craft ideas for you to try at home.
Monster Magnets
The girls really enjoyed making these! The Baker Ross Monster Mix & Match Magnet Kit is perfect for all ages! If you’ve got little ones, you might have to help them peel off the sticky bit as it’s quite fiddly. You get six monsters to decorate so you could stretch this activity out into two sittings! Wooden Rockets
I think it’s safe to say that I’m a little bit obsessed with Baker Ross. I just love how great their craft kits are. The girls really enjoyed decorating their wooden rockets and then flying them around the house. We used Little Brian Paint sticks to decorate the rockets and then we added a bit of sparkle with PVA glue and glitter.
Colourful Birds
The girls loved making these colourful birds. Bella’s green bird looks like it’s hit Mummy’s prosecco stash! These birds are so simple to make, all you need is:
- Coloured paper Doily
- Yellow beak cut from paper
- Orange card for the wings
- Multicoloured feathers
- Goggly eyes
- Black pen for the legs

Umbrellas
This is such a simple craft idea. The girls loved having the freedom to put their own stamp on their umbrellas. The girls used Little Brian Paint Sticks and stickers to decorate their umbrellas. To make these all you need is:
- Paper plate cut in half
- Paint & stickers to decorate or you could use crayons and colouring pens
- Pipe cleaner for the handle
